  Activity/Product Description
    
This project aims to (a) document, and evaluate the strengths, shortcomings, and key lessons learn on GLDC scaling approaches and impacts, (b) develop a working strategy for evidencing the outcomes and impacts of GLDC; which will contribute to Strong project design, execution, monitoring and evaluation systems and tools application in GLDC scaling projects, with demonstrable progress on enhanced adoption and impact.
